Through our state-of-the-art digital label printing process, we are able to provide quality labels and stickers economically in small quantities. We are able to maximize this process partly through a little lizard magic, but primarily through our high tech equipment.

Epson Stylus Pro 4800

The actual label and sticker press we run is the Epson Stylus Pro 4800, a digital press that offers:
• High resolution, photographic quality for sharp text and line art so your label designs come out crisp, clear, and eye-catching
• High-speed printing to get your job finished and out the door to you faster
• Eight ink channels featuring three levels of black for a wide color palette and increased spot-color options
• Highly scratch-resistant inks to keep your products looking great on the shelf and beyond
• Advanced black and white printing technology
• Full-bleed printing technology that trims labels to be border free
• Prints labels and stickers up to 17 inches wide

After we complete the label printing process, we move right on to label finishing. Our digital finishing system works perfectly in tandem with our Epson press and enables us to:
• laminate;
• cut to any custom shape using a precision cutting blade;
• strip away waste material;
• slit; and
• reroll your labels.

All this takes place in one production pass to help you get the custom labels or stickers you need easily, quickly, and economically.
