How to Order
If you need to get a sticker or label printing quote first, fill out our quote form right here online to tell us all about what you’re looking for. If you know what you need, you can fill out the quote form, upload your artwork, and send an order to the crew here at Leapin’ Lizard Label printing company. We will contact you by phone to confirm your order and arrange your method of payment.
We can accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, and American Express for payment.

If your label order isn’t exactly what you ordered, please contact us. We would like to have the opportunity to make it right!
Your business is very important to us and we want to make sure that you get your custom labels and stickers in a timely manner! That’s why we have a 2-3 day turnaround for orders. That means from the time that we receive your payment. We also understand that circumstances arise when you need your labels ASAP!
So what does this mean for you?
We will review your order and if we have the capacity we will turn it out as soon as possible for a $50 rush order fee. If for some reason we do not have the ability to accommodate your request, we will not charge you the $50 and your order will be processed in the normal turnaround time.
Isn’t it amazing to see a tangible version of you custom labels and stickers before you make the purchase? We agree! That’s why we willingly give one round of free press proofs. However, we know that you may have changes to your design and request a second round of press proofs. We are more than happy to do that for you for a small fee of $10.
We want your custom labels and stickers to look as flawless as they can and we are more than willing to help you with design tweaks. Generally those tweaks do not take more that an hour, in which case they are free of charge. If you need help with your design in a greater capacity, we charge a flat rate of $50 per hour of design work. Unfortunately we are not a design firm, so we don’t build logos or re-brand your business.
Every time you place an order, before it goes to print, you are sent a press proof, identical to the image below.
It is extremely important that you read the guidelines at the bottom of this proof. We want you to catch any changes because this is ultimately the final step before it goes to print. If you have approved this, it means you are 1000% okay with your proof and are ready to see it when it is completed. That means if something is incorrect on your product you are still responsible for full payment and shipping charges.
The Fine Print:
To ensure correct reproduction of your order, please check this artwork for; design, copy, spelling and color accuracy. Industry standards allow for a finished size range of +/- 1.5mm. We are not responsible for any errors, omissions or design flaws once this proof is approved. The customer is responsible to notify us if the labels will be used for machine application and provide us with the accurate rewind direction needed. Colors displayed on your monitor or phone will not always match the actual printed label. Press proofs can be requested at any time to view a physical label before processing the full order. We do our best to provide the highest quality products.
That being said, we want to make sure that your products come out beautifully. If we have messed something up on our end, we will make it right because excellent customer service is our number one value!
